REFEREES IMPORTANCE IN FOOTBALL

Referees are mainly important in soccer as they make players obey the laws of soccer. There are four referees on the field there may be two more in case of a big and important tournament. Some of the problems about referees are the way they can protest like without participating in the matches and affecting the whole league.

Some of the laws the referees make players follow are for example: not to touch the ball with the hand, not to do tough entrees, not to insult between the players etc. But they don’t always keep things calm, as there are 4 referees and 22 players in the field. An example of this fact is what happened recently in Egypt, were 2 local teams discussion was that big that the multitude entered to the field.

There are 3 referees on the field who are in charge in making the players obey soccer laws and there’s also a 4^th referee who is outside of the field, who´s in charge of making the changes official and also is the one who shows the complement time. In the higher categories tournaments, there two more referees who are in charge of seeing if the ball passes or not the line and this implement began in the recent Cup of South Africa 2010 because of the bad judgment of the referees.

RESOLVING SPORT’ S PROBLEMS THROUGHOUT COMMUNICATION IS THE WAY

Problems in sports have always been present throughout its history, rugby is one of these sports, and ever since the controversial decision for the next World Cup the sport of rugby has caused a lot of polemic. Problems such as the scheduled date for the beginning of the games, the anger of the playing teams and the economic problems is caused by the bad communication between organizations and teams. As a consequence this problem has separated organizations from players, sponsors and people who participate in this which is rare because of their antecedents in respecting rules.

This sport which is known for its strong physical contact was created in England a long time ago. Rugby consists on the ability of force. This sport is well known for its rules which players and public have to respect. There must be 15 players per team in order to play. Rugby consists in running with the ball in the hands evading players, advancing backwards or to the sides etc. That’s why rugby is one of the most popular and played sport in the world. The main organization that controls rugby is the IRB which is the International Rugby Board.

The conflict of dates between teams and organizations has been increasing because none of them agrees with the starting date for the 2015 World Cup. As the RFU has said, it wants the starting date to be the 4th of September but the Southern Hemisphere wants the 25th of the same month, and the IRB the 18th of September. New Zealand refused to take part in 2015 unless the financial model was changed, Australia and South Africa support this idea while the major European countries oppose. And all of this has caused a split for the IRB meetings which affects the communications with the Rugby world.

Steve Tew, chief executive of the Rugby World Magazine said that unless the system was changed the renamed team “All Blacks” would hold on their leading players. His statement shows the problems that the sport of Rugby is facing today and the corruption and closed minded that are present in the Rugby organization. In the past World Cup in New Zealand lost a lot of money because of the fewer international matches at home and had to drop their sponsors. This caused the change of opinion of New Zealand about the model of rugby.

Therefore, fights in the Rugby world in the next weeks can grow and make organizations furious with the organizers who announce place, dates etc. of each match. This shows us that the IRB should give in and make a change in the organization of  Rugby. It should change the scheduled date of the beginning of the tournament and also try to solve the financial problems. This will result in better communication between the players and the organization making the problem of the sport stop.

RELUCTANT EYE

Last week there was a new festival in the city, me and my family went there to have a good time and forget about everyday problems. I’m working in what is going to be the new of the city, it is going to be the best mall that have been constructed in the region, that’s why I have to put effort in what I’m doing, and design every single inch in order to finish it well. We had a good time and everyone enjoyed that day, we ate, we danced, and also we sang karaoke. At five pm my cousin David and me went to a roller-coaster it´s called “The jumping ride”, we tried to invite my uncle Thomas to go with us but he said that he had to complete a job, there was something that wasn’t normal in my uncle, since last year he has been serious and mad at me. When we went to the  for something, at the beginning I didn´t care to much, but as the day passed he was getting more and more weird. My fathers also knew that Thomas was acting weird but they told me not to care to much about it and instead to focus on having fun and distract from work. As the day passed I tried to solve the problem of my uncle by following him, he acted like a normal person, he went to eat with my father, and also danced, so I went to check his backpack and I found a knife, but in the bathroom I heard yells, it was my uncle, he was dead. When my father’s heard that they weren´t so surprised, but I was. In the night I remembered what happened in that day, about uncle Thomas, I remembered of what he ate my father carried the food to him, and also the drinks, I was confused I went to the kitchen to drink a glass of water, when I saw a weird substance, it was a toxic substance, and in that moment I figured it out, my fathers killed him I remembered that my mom carried that color of plastic in her backpack, but I didn´t knew in that moment that it was for killing my uncle. But maybe all of it was my fault, maybe my uncle wanted to kill me as he was my helper in the project of the mall. It was all my fault.
